Return, Exchange & Refund Policy of www.devaratijewellery.ca


Devarati Jewellery would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority.  We hope you love your pieces as much as we love making them. But sometimes things don't work out, so we're here to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible.

Return + Exchange Policy Details:

Please note: Sales items, special orders, custom jewellery, engraved items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. They can be adjusted.  Contact us to arrange the adjustments.

We will gladly accept all other pieces that are like-new for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back (label is scanned) within 30 days of receiving it.

 Please note:  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We ask that you report any damaged packages or items to us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend taking pictures of the damaged package and contents.

To expedite the handling of your return or exchange, we recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.

Once the item is received, we will process the return or exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is your responsibility to pay for shipping of damaged product(s), unless the return was a result of our error. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.
Devarati Jewellery will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in returned shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Once your return is received, your refund or exchange (excluding shipping and duties) will be processed within 5 business days. Once your return has been processed back to the original method of payment, a refund may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account. This depends on your bank or credit card issuer.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Email us to arrange repair,  resizing or redesign to obtain a quote and converse on the possibilities for your Jewellery items.
