We are dedicated to crafting our jewellery from only the finest quality metals, ensuring each piece is as stunning as it is durable—perfect for everyday elegance.
Sterling Silver
Our Sterling Silver Jewellery is meticulously crafted using .925 certified sterling silver, renowned for its strength, lightweight nature, and timeless elegance. With its classic silver sheen and enduring quality, sterling silver is the perfect choice for everyday wear, offering both beauty and resilience.
14k Gold-Filled
Gold-filled jewellery offers a superior quality that sets it apart from gold-plated pieces, with 100 times more gold alloy. This thicker layer of solid 14k gold, heat and pressure bonded to a high-quality jeweller’s brass core,
ensures lasting durability. With proper care, 14k gold-filled pieces can endure
just as long as solid 14k gold. Although gold-filled jewellery can tarnish under rare circumstances, the thick layer of 14k gold naturally resists tarnishing, as pure gold doesn’t tarnish. Enjoy the beauty and longevity of
real gold, expertly bonded to create timeless, everyday pieces.
14k Rose Gold-Filled
This stunning pinkish-orange metal derives its unique hue from a harmonious blend of gold and copper. Just like 14k gold fill, 14k rose gold
fill is a remarkably strong and versatile alloy, making it an ideal choice for jewellery that withstands daily wear while radiating warmth and elegance.
Gold: 10k, 14k, 18k
Gold jewelry in 10k, 14k, or 18k is a timeless favorite, known for its
low maintenance and enduring beauty. These pieces are crafted from pure gold mixed with other alloys to enhance durability and achieve a captivating hue,
ensuring they remain cherished for a lifetime.

Tips for Caring for you Sterling Silver Devarati Jewellery
Tips for Caring for you Sterling Silver Devarati Jewellery
- Shower in It: Clean water is
perfect for giving your Devarati Jewellery a gentle rinse. Just avoid
using harsh soaps. - Stay Gunk-Free: Apply your
SPF, lotions, or perfumes before putting on your jewellery to keep it free from buildup. Soak in soap and water afterwards. - Avoid Excessive
Pool and or Ocean (salt water) Time: While a dip in the pool is fine, try to emove your jewellery during excessive pool or hot tub or Ocean use. The chemicals and sea salt can take a toll on your pieces over time. Sometimes salt can darken the Sterling Silver right away. - Deep Clean Occasionally: Every so often, give your jewelry a deep clean. Use extra gentle soap or a baking soda in water and soak your piece for a few minutes to a couple of hours. Do not soak for long periods if your piece includes pearls of porous gems like Turquoise. Using a soft baby toothbrush after soaking can help remove dirt from tight spaces. Be gentle. Be sure to dry thoroughly and give it a final buff with your polishing cloth for extra shine.
- Wear It to Keep It Clean: The natural oils from your skin help prevent tarnish, so wearing your sterling silver jewellery regularly is the best way to keep it looking its best.
- Store it Right. When you're not wearing it, store your jewellery in a small zip-lock bag or sealed container to reduce oxidation and tarnish. Many of you have received a zip-lock bag upon purchase. Also store each piece separately to avoid cratching or damaging your jewellery.
- Tangles. Store chains with clasps closed and store them in their own bag to prevent tangles.

- Polish Regularly: Use a polishing cloth to gengly buff away tarnish.
- Wear it often: The natural oils from your skin helps to prevent tarnish.
- Deep Clean Occasionally: Every so often, give your jewellery a deep clean. Use extra gentle soap or a baking soda in water and soak your piece for a few minutes to a couple of hours. Do not soak for long periods if your piece includes pearls or resins like amber or porous gems like Turquoise. Using a soft baby toothbrush after soaking can help remove dirt from tight spaces. Be gentle. Do not use toothbrush on pearls or amber. Be sure to dry thoroughly and give it a final buff with your polishing cloth for extra shine.
- Dip in a jewellery cleaning solution:
If the deep clean solution does not work, and your piece does not have pearls or amber or porous gems, then dip in a jewellery cleaning solution to a count of less then 20 or use the line a pan with aluminum foil alernative described in item #4.
Both #3 & #4 solutions do remove some silver. I suggest you try item #1 or #2 first. - Deep Clean for
Heavily Tarnished Pieces: Line a pan with aluminum foil and soak your jewelry in a solution of 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking soda for up to five minutes. This combination works wonders to remove stubborn tarnish. Be sure to dry thoroughly and give it a final buff with your polishing cloth for extra shine. - Email or call Devarati if you have any questions or concerns or would like to hire her to clean your pieces for you.
Why Does Sterling Silver Tarnish?
Why Does Sterling Silver Tarnish?
Sterling silver can tarnish simply from exposure to air, especially in humid conditions. The air contains sulfur, which can accelerate tarnishing.
Activities like digging in sulfur-rich soil, using sulfur-containing care products, or even chopping sulfur-rich foods like onions can contribute to tarnishing.
Interestingly, your skin’s acidity can also affect how quickly your silver tarnishes. Some people notice their jewellery tarnishes faster than others. This can also be only at different times of the year.
Even the type of tissue or paper you wrap your jewellery in can make a
difference. If interested, ask Devarati for tissue paper that assists with resisting Sterling Silver jewellery from
tarnishing.
The reality is, sterling silver will tarnish over time, just by being in the air or on your body. But don’t worry—there are plenty of ways to prevent or minimize tarnish, and easy methods to restore your jewellery’s shine if tarnish
does occur. See the steps in If Tarnish isn't your style.
Keep your pieces sparkling and enjoy the beauty of your Devarati Jewellery!
